Getting an error message? Say no more!
1. Clear any bookmarks or shortcuts that are related to RealAccess.
2. Click on the Customize and Control Menu, then select Settings.
3. Under Privacy and Security, click on Site Settings.
4. Under Permissions, click on Cookies and site data.
5. Click on See all cookies and site data.
6. In the search bar, type in “realaccess”, then click Remove All Shown to delete the results that appear. Do the same by typing in “auth” and “auth0” into the search bar and deleting all results.
7. When creating a new bookmark for RealAccess, please make sure the URL contains ONLY the address below:
