We wanted to let you know that the servers hosting the RealAccess product are still undergoing scheduled maintenance and upgrades, as this process has taken longer than expected. We will be posting another update early this afternoon, should the project not be completed by then.

Dear Customers,

 

We wanted to let you know that the servers hosting the RealAccess product are currently undergoing scheduled maintenance, as of Friday, May 27, 2022 at 6:00pm EST. We expect that the maintenance window will conclude by the end of business on Tuesday, May 31, 2022.  If that timeline changes, we will post additional updates.

 

To ensure uptime, security, and stability of the platform, we are performing this maintenance and upgrade on our infrastructure over this long weekend so that we can ensure a smooth update.
